Requirements to enter Mexico

Prior to your trip, the first situation you must confirm is whether you need a visa for the reason for your trip and stay in Mexico.

If you do not require a visa, the documentation to present at the point of entry to Mexico is your current passport, the FMM (Multiple Migratory Form), plane ticket leaving Mexico, verify the reason for your trip; If applicable, provide the immigration authority with other information that is required.

1. Go to https://gob.mx: Identify the type of passport you require.
   1. Check the requirements: schedule your appointment by phone or online.
   1. Make your payment: you must make it at a bank window
   1. Go to carry out your procedure: choose the SRE delegation or liaison office of your choice.
   1. Get your passport: present the required documentation.
