Nature segment
It is considered one of the 19 megadiverse countries in the world. Several of its protected natural areas in the region have been declared a world heritage site.
Arc of Time:
It is a 180-meter-high natural stone arch, identified as among the tallest in the world with a height of 158 meters, 255 meters long and 35 meters wide.
Akumal Bay:
The Akumal Bay Refuge Area has an area of 1,653 hectares and is a site of high biological richness, since it is a feeding and resting area for three species of sea turtles: green, loggerhead, hawksbill, and corals such as: elk antler, deer antler and soft or sea fans. Due to the shallow depth, safety and easy access, this area constitutes a very important attraction for tourism, since activities such as diving and watching sea turtles and other wild species are carried out at this site.
Usumacinta Canyon:
It is a flora and fauna protection area of Mexico that is located in the municipality of Tenosique, in the state of Tabasco, and that protects an area of 46,128 hectares.
