{"id":605,"date":"2023-12-17T05:28:56","date_gmt":"2023-12-17T05:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gomundomaya.com\/\/?p=605"},"modified":"2024-02-02T21:50:59","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T21:50:59","slug":"cahal-pech","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gomundomaya.com\/en\/cahal-pech\/","title":{"rendered":"Cahal Pech"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The site of\u00a0<strong>Cahal Pech<\/strong>\u00a0It is located very close to the town of San Ignacio, on top of a hill on the banks of the Macal River. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its ceremonial center is made up of seven closed plazas that make up an acropolis-type complex, where there are pyramidal structures, palace-type buildings, a steam bath and two ball game courts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important are its central pyramid (Structure B-1), La Audiencia and Structure A-1, a pyramidal building 24 m high. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Visitor Center you can see a good sample of its ceramic objects, one of its tombs and some sculptures and other artifacts made of mineral materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>This is the first relationship, the first speech.
